A festive and delicious Christmas Cookie Lasagna layered with cookies, cream cheese, and pudding.

- 24 Christmas sugar cookies (or shortbread cookies)
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream or whipped topping
- 1 package (3.4 oz / 96g) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 ½ cups (360ml) cold milk
- ½ teaspoon almond extract (optional for a festive flavor)
- ½ cup crushed Christmas cookies
- 2 cups whipped topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush the Christmas cookies and mix with melted butter to form the crust.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in the heavy cream or whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
- Add almond extract and crushed cookies to the pudding mixture.
- Spread the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with whipped topping and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
