Delicious and festive Christmas Monster Cookies packed with chocolate chips and M&M's.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini M&M's

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, oats, salt, and baking soda.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Stir in mini chocolate chips and mini M&M's.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

  • You can freeze the dough for later use.
  • Use room temperature butter for easier mixing.
