Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in the yellow cake mix until fully combined.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

- Let cookies cool for 2 minutes, then roll them in powdered sugar.
