Homemade cinnamon rock candy made with sugar, corn syrup, and cinnamon oil for a spicy-sweet treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 3 ¾ cups granulated sugar
- 1 ¼ cups light corn syrup
- 1 tsp red food coloring
- 1–2 tsp cinnamon oil (adjust to taste)
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar (for dusting)
- Butter (for greasing the pan)
Instructions
- Grease a baking pan with butter.
- Combine water, sugar, and corn syrup in a saucepan.
- Heat the mixture until sugar dissolves completely.
- Stir in red food coloring and cinnamon oil.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Let it cool and harden completely.
- Break into pieces and dust with powdered sugar.

- Use caution when handling hot sugar syrup.
- Adjust cinnamon oil for desired spice level.
- Store in an airtight container to prevent moisture.
