Deliciously sweet cinnamon roll bliss bars topped with creamy icing.
Ingredients

- Two (2) cans (8 counts each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing packets reserved)
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Open the cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Add the cinnamon roll pieces to the butter mixture and stir to coat.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Drizzle the reserved icing from the cinnamon rolls and cream cheese mixture over the baked bars.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- These bars can be served warm or cold.
- Feel free to add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
