Description

Deliciously sweet cinnamon roll bliss bars topped with creamy icing.


Ingredients

  • Two (2) cans (8 counts each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing packets reserved)
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. Open the cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters.
  4. In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
  5. Add the cinnamon roll pieces to the butter mixture and stir to coat.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. In another bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  9. Drizzle the reserved icing from the cinnamon rolls and cream cheese mixture over the baked bars.
  10. Let cool before serving.
