Description

Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake Cookies are soft, chewy cookies with a cream cheese swirl and cinnamon flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Add a small dollop of cream cheese mixture on top of each cookie.
  9. Swirl the cream cheese into the cookie dough with a toothpick.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  11. Allow to cool before serving.
