Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can (12.4 oz refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing (8 rolls))
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Maple syrup (for serving)
  • Powdered sugar (for garnish (optional))

Instructions

  1. Open cinnamon rolls and cut each into 6–8 bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  3. Toss cinnamon roll pieces in egg mixture and soak 3–5 minutes.
  4. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook pieces in batches, 2–3 minutes per side, until golden.
  6. Serve warm with maple syrup and icing drizzle.
