- 1 can (12.4 oz refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing (8 rolls))
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- Maple syrup (for serving)
- Powdered sugar (for garnish (optional))
Instructions
- Open cinnamon rolls and cut each into 6–8 bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Toss cinnamon roll pieces in egg mixture and soak 3–5 minutes.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook pieces in batches, 2–3 minutes per side, until golden.
- Serve warm with maple syrup and icing drizzle.
