A soothing tea to relieve sore throat symptoms.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cinnamon stick (or 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
- 1 slice of fresh ginger (optional)
Instructions
- Add the cinnamon stick or ground cinnamon to a cup.
- Pour boiling water over the cinnamon.
- Let it steep for 10 minutes.
- Add honey, lemon juice, and ginger if desired.
- Stir well and enjoy your tea.
