A soothing tea to relieve sore throat symptoms.


Ingredients

  • 1 cinnamon stick (or 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 slice of fresh ginger (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the cinnamon stick or ground cinnamon to a cup.
  2. Pour boiling water over the cinnamon.
  3. Let it steep for 10 minutes.
  4. Add honey, lemon juice, and ginger if desired.
  5. Stir well and enjoy your tea.
