- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 lb pasta (fettuccine, linguine, or favorite shape)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (or more to taste)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through.
- Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chicken broth, and lemon juice. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.

- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
