A flavorful Cowboy Butter Steak Linguine dish that combines tender steak with linguine and vibrant vegetables.

- 12 oz linguine
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups carrots, sliced into thin sticks or coins
- 3 tbsp olive oil (divided)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak pieces and season with salt and black pepper. Cook until browned. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and butter.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add sliced carrots and sauté until tender.
- Stir in lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Add the cooked steak back to the skillet.
- Toss in the cooked linguine and Dijon mustard. Mix well.
- Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.

- Feel free to adjust spices to your taste.
- Use leftover steak for a quicker meal.
