A creamy and flavorful crab shrimp queso dip served with tortillas.
Ingredients

- 1/2 lb cooked shrimp, finely chopped
- 1/2 lb cooked crab meat, shredded
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup queso dip (mild or spicy)
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp butter or oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab meat, Monterey Jack cheese, cream cheese, and queso dip.
- Add cilantro, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Stir until well combined.
- Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Spoon the mixture onto each tortilla and fold them.
- Fry the tortillas in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by choosing mild or spicy queso dip.
- Serve with salsa or guacamole if desired.
