Description

A creamy and flavorful crab shrimp queso dip served with tortillas.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb cooked shrimp, finely chopped
  • 1/2 lb cooked crab meat, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup queso dip (mild or spicy)
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp butter or oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab meat, Monterey Jack cheese, cream cheese, and queso dip.
  2. Add cilantro, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Stir until well combined.
  3. Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Spoon the mixture onto each tortilla and fold them.
  5. Fry the tortillas in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Remove from heat and serve warm.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by choosing mild or spicy queso dip.
  • Serve with salsa or guacamole if desired.
