- 2 Tbsp light brown sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
- ½ cup salted butter, melted
- ⅔ cup all-purpose flour
- 4 Tbsp light brown sugar
- ½ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the pie crusts and place them in pie pans.
- In a bowl, blend softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and orange zest; mix until combined.
- Pour the creamy mixture into the prepared crusts.
- In another bowl, mix cranberry sauce, cornstarch, light brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Spoon the cranberry mixture over the creamy layer in each pie.
- In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, flour, light brown sugar, and pecans to make the crumb topping.
- Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the cranberry layer.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
- Let the pies cool before serving.
