- 1 (3-4 lb) turkey breast, bone-in and skin-on
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, honey, orange zest, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
- Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst and mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
- Season turkey breast with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brown turkey breast on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- Brush glaze over the turkey breast.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and roast for 1 to 1.5 hours, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use fresh cranberries for best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by varying honey amount.
- Serve with extra glaze on the side.
