  • Sage, dried – 1 tsp
  • Thyme, dried – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Pepper – ½ tsp
  • Eggs – 2 large
  • Chicken broth – ½ cup
  • Olive oil – for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, cranberries, onion, celery, garlic, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add eggs and chicken broth. Mix until well combined.
