Ingredients

  • Ground turkey – 1 lb
  • Fresh cranberries – 1 cup
  • Breadcrumbs – 1 cup
  • Onion, finely chopped – 1 medium
  • Celery, finely chopped – 1 stalk
  • Garlic, minced – 2 cloves
  • Sage, dried – 1 tsp
  • Thyme, dried – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Pepper – ½ tsp
  • Eggs – 2 large
  • Chicken broth – ½ cup
  • Olive oil – for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cranberries, breadcrumbs, onion, celery, garlic, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Beat the eggs and add to the mixture along with chicken broth.
  4. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until combined.
  5. Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the balls.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
