Ingredients
- Ground turkey – 1 lb
- Fresh cranberries – 1 cup
- Breadcrumbs – 1 cup
- Onion, finely chopped – 1 medium
- Celery, finely chopped – 1 stalk
- Garlic, minced – 2 cloves
- Sage, dried – 1 tsp
- Thyme, dried – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Pepper – ½ tsp
- Eggs – 2 large
- Chicken broth – ½ cup
- Olive oil – for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cranberries, breadcrumbs, onion, celery, garlic, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Beat the eggs and add to the mixture along with chicken broth.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly until combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the balls.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
