Description

Creamy Chicken Alfredo Soup is a rich and comforting dish featuring tender chicken, creamy broth, and pasta.


Ingredients

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 12 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Kinder’s Grilled Chicken Seasoning (or your favorite blend)
  • 1 tsp Complete Seasoning
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 12 tbsp avocado oil (for searing)
  • ½ shallot, diced
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ stick (4 tbsp) unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 5 cups chicken broth
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ lb pasta (break into smaller pieces — any shape works)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Extra parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat 1–2 tbsp of olive oil or avocado oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken and season with garlic powder, Kinder’s seasoning, Complete seasoning, and smoked paprika. Sear until cooked through, then remove from pot.
  3. In the same pot, add 1–2 tbsp avocado oil and sauté shallot and garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add butter and let it melt. Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Gradually add chicken broth while whisking to avoid lumps.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth.
  7. Add pasta, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until pasta is tender.
  8. Return the chicken to the pot and mix well.
  9. Stir in fresh oregano, parsley, Parmesan, and mozzarella. Cook until cheese is melted.
  10. Serve hot and garnish with extra parsley.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning to your taste.
  • You can use any pasta shape you prefer.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
