  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Melted Unsalted Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried Pepper Flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the lobster tails by cutting them down the middle.
  3. Season the lobster with salt.
  4. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, pepper flakes, parsley, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  5. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster tails.
  6. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
