- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (mixed with 2 tablespoons water)
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish, optional)
- Vegetables of your choice (e.g., spinach, bok choy, bell peppers)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
- Pour in chicken broth and water, and bring to a boil.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Remove chicken, shred it, and return to the pot.
- Stir in heavy cream, soy sauce, and cornstarch mixture until thickened.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Add vegetables and cook until tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and cilantro.
Notes
- You can adjust the thickness by adding more or less cornstarch mixture.
- Feel free to add any vegetables you prefer.
- This dish can be topped with a soft-boiled egg for extra richness.
