			- 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tsp paprika
 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter
 - 4 cloves garlic, minced or pureed
 - 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
 - 1/2 cup chicken broth or white wine
 - 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
 - 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
 
Instructions
- Season shrimp with paprika, black pepper, and salt.
 - Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
 - Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
 - In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
 - Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
 - Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
 - Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
 - Add red pepper flakes if using.
 - Return shrimp to the pan and coat with sauce.
 - Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
