Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the steak and cook until browned.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
