- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 medium bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add the steak and cook until browned.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add cream cheese and stir until melted and combined.
