  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (or to taste)
  • 1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano (or to taste)
  • 5 leaves fresh basil (chopped)
  • sea salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 (20 ounce) package refrigerated ravioli (prepared according to package directions)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in tomato paste and red pepper flakes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Add heavy cream and parmigiano reggiano, stirring until smooth.
  6. Mix in fresh basil and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Toss cooked ravioli in the sauce until evenly coated.
  8. Serve immediately.
