Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 5.3 oz container strawberry Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 5 tsp pure maple syrup
  • optional: 1 tbsp almond butter, whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Blend strawberries, almond milk, yogurt, vanilla, and maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into a bowl and stir in chia seeds.
  3. Let sit for 10 minutes, then stir again.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  5. Top with almond butter or whipped cream if desired.

Notes

  • For a thicker pudding, add more chia seeds.
