Ingredients

- 16oz fresh strawberries, stems removed and halved
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 5.3 oz container strawberry Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 5 tsp pure maple syrup
- optional: 1 tbsp almond butter, whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Blend strawberries, almond milk, yogurt, vanilla, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a bowl and stir in chia seeds.
- Let sit for 10 minutes, then stir again.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Top with almond butter or whipped cream if desired.
Notes
- For a thicker pudding, add more chia seeds.
- Adjust sweetness with extra maple syrup if needed.
- Use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan option.
