Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup seedless red grapes (halved)

  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 ribs celery (thinly sliced)
  • 4 large Honeycrisp apples (cubed)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine dried cranberries, grapes, pecans, celery, and apples.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix lemon juice, mayonnaise, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
