Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated.
- Place the wings on a baking rack set over a baking sheet.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
