Ingredients
- Salmon Fillets - 1 lb, cut into bite-sized cubes
- All-Purpose Flour - 1/2 cup
- Eggs - 2, beaten
- Panko Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
- Garlic Powder - 1 tsp
- Onion Powder - 1 tsp
- Paprika - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Vegetable Oil - for frying
- Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
- Sweet Chili Sauce - 1/4 cup
- Sriracha - 1 tbsp
- Honey - 1 tbsp

Instructions
- Prepare the salmon by cutting it into bite-sized cubes.
- In one bowl, place the all-purpose flour.
- In a second bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each salmon cube in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the salmon bites until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to make the Bang Bang sauce.
- Serve the salmon bites hot with the Bang Bang sauce on the side.
