- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil and all spices.
- Toss potatoes in the spiced oil mixture.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot.
