Description

A hearty and delicious Crock-Pot Chili Dog Casserole perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 Package of Wellshire Premium Beef Franks
  • 2 14.7 oz cans of your favorite chili or 4 cups of your own homemade chili
  • 12 oz thick shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 28 oz bag of tater tots
  • Optional: Sour Cream
  • Optional: Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef franks and place them in the Crock-Pot.
  2. Add the chili to the Crock-Pot over the franks.
  3. Layer the tater tots on top of the chili.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until everything is heated through and the cheese is melted.
  6. Serve hot with optional sour cream and green onions on top.

  • You can use any type of chili you prefer.
