Description

A rich and creamy slow-cooker chicken dish made with mushroom soup, Italian seasoning, and cream cheese, served over angel hair pasta. Family-friendly and full of flavor!


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless (skinless chicken breasts)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 1 can (10.75 oz condensed golden mushroom soup)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 pound angel hair pasta

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in dressing mix, soup, broth, and cream cheese. Stir until smooth.
  2. Place chicken in crockpot. Pour sauce over chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours, or until chicken is tender.
  4. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  5. Serve chicken and sauce over pasta. Garnish if desired.

Notes

  • Use cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup if needed.

  • Add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms during the last hour.

  • Store leftovers in the fridge up to 4 days; freeze for up to 2 months.
