Delicious Croissant Smash Burgers made with juicy beef patties and fresh toppings.
Ingredients

- 2 large croissants, sliced in half
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 4 slices of your favorite cheese (cheddar, American, or Swiss)
- 4 leaves of fresh lettuce
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 6-8 pickle slices
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Form the ground beef into balls, then place them on the skillet.
- Smash the balls down with a spatula to form patties.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned, then flip.
- Add cheese slices on top of the patties and cover to melt.
- Meanwhile, toast the croissant halves on another pan until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the bottom croissant half.
- Add lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
- Top with the other half of the croissant and serve.

- Feel free to customize with your favorite toppings.
- Use a meat thermometer for desired doneness.
