- ⅔ cup strong brewed coffee room temp
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup light olive oil
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the egg, coffee, milk, and olive oil. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
