  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup light olive oil
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the egg, coffee, milk, and olive oil. Stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
