- 14 whole graham cracker sheets
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 8 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3½ cups powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoons shortening
- 4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs and press into the bottom of the dish.
- Mix peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar until fully incorporated.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- Melt chocolate chips and shortening together, then pour over the peanut butter layer.
- Chill until set, then cut into squares.
