A sweet and delicious cinnamon bread topped with icing, inspired by Dollywood.
Ingredients

- 1 (16 oz) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll out the thawed bread dough on a floured surface.
- Brush melted butter over the dough.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- While the bread cools, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make icing.
- Drizzle icing over the cooled bread before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Use less milk for a thicker icing.
- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
