Description
This Dorito Casserole combines layers of Nacho Cheese Doritos, seasoned beef, creamy soup mixture, and melted cheese for a quick and crowd-pleasing dinner.

			For the Casserole:
- 1 bag (14 oz Nacho Cheese Doritos)
 - 1½ –2 pounds ground beef
 - 1 can (10¾ oz cheddar cheese soup)
 - 1 can (10¾ oz cream of chicken soup)
 - 1 can (12 oz evaporated milk)
 - 1 can (4 oz diced green chilies)
 - 2 –3 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
 - 1 packet taco seasoning (optional)
 
Optional Toppings:
- Sour cream
 - Diced green onions
 - Sliced cherry tomatoes
 - Sliced avocado or guacamole
 - Salsa
 - Jalapeño slices
 - Fresh cilantro
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
 - Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain fat, and stir in taco seasoning.
 - In a bowl, mix soups, milk, chilies, and beef.
 - Layer crushed Doritos in greased 9x13 dish. Top with half the meat mixture and 1 cup cheese.
 - Repeat layers with remaining Doritos, meat, and cheese.
 - Cover and bake 20 min. Uncover and bake 10–15 min more.
 - Cool slightly and serve with toppings of choice.

Add beans, corn, or peppers for variation.

Use other Dorito flavors like Cool Ranch or Spicy.

Substitute beef with turkey or plant-based meat.
