  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (flaky or coarse)

Instructions

  1. Mix yeast, warm water, and honey in a bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, olive oil, rosemary, and garlic. Knead until smooth.
  3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Divide dough into muffin cups. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
