Description

Delicious no-bake tiramisu truffles with a creamy mascarpone center and coffee-infused ladyfinger crust.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup + 1 tablespoon (250 g) Mascarpone
  • 5 oz (140 g) Ladyfingers (savoiardi cookies)
  • 2 tablespoons Espresso
  • ⅓ cup + 1 teaspoon (50 g) Powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla bean paste or extract
  • ¼ cup (30 g) Cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons (60 g) Nutella (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush ladyfingers into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix with espresso and let soak for 5 minutes.
  3. Combine mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
  4. Fold in soaked ladyfinger crumbs.
  5. Roll mixture into small balls.
  6. Coat with cocoa powder.
  7. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
