Ingredients

- 1 cup + 1 tablespoon (250 g) Mascarpone
- 5 oz (140 g) Ladyfingers (savoiardi cookies)
- 2 tablespoons Espresso
- ⅓ cup + 1 teaspoon (50 g) Powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla bean paste or extract
- ¼ cup (30 g) Cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons (60 g) Nutella (optional)
Instructions
- Crush ladyfingers into fine crumbs.
- Mix with espresso and let soak for 5 minutes.
- Combine mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
- Fold in soaked ladyfinger crumbs.
- Roll mixture into small balls.
- Coat with cocoa powder.
- Chill for 1 hour before serving.
