Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, dried cranberries, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken broth, beaten eggs, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form mixture into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
