Description
French Dip Tortilla Roll Ups are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main dish featuring roast beef and cheese wrapped in tortillas.

- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef (deli style or leftover)
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (for au jus)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (for au jus)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer the roast beef and cheese on each tortilla.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly and place seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the tortillas are golden and the cheese is melted.
- In a saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to make au jus.
- Serve the roll-ups with au jus for dipping.
