  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced onions and sauté until caramelized, about 15 minutes.
  4. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until browned.
  5. Stir in the orzo, chicken broth, and thyme. Bring to a simmer.
