- 2 tbsp butter (for frying)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and 2 tbsp powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on 4 slices of bread.
- Layer sliced strawberries and strawberry jam on top of the cream cheese.
- Top with the remaining bread slices to make sandwiches.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
- Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry sandwiches until golden brown on both sides.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
