- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 4 slices sandwich bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Instructions
- Mix butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a small bowl.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each bread slice.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place two bread slices butter-side down in the skillet.
- Add shredded cheese evenly on top.
- Cover with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
- Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
- Serve warm.
