Description

Garlic bread grilled cheese combines crispy garlic bread with melted cheese for a flavorful twist on a classic sandwich.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 4 slices sandwich bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Mix butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a small bowl.
  2. Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Place two bread slices butter-side down in the skillet.
  5. Add shredded cheese evenly on top.
  6. Cover with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
  7. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  8. Serve warm.
