- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Remove from heat and mix in cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on each rectangle.
- Roll up the dough and seal the edges.
- In a small bowl, melt butter and mix in minced garlic.
- Brush the garlic butter over the rollups.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
