Description

Garlic Butter Steak Bites are tender pieces of steak cooked with garlic and butter for a rich flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or New York strip), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 medium zucchini, cut into half-moons
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add steak cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the steak for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. Add minced garlic and butter to the skillet.
  5. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  6. Add zucchini and cook until tender.
