Simple and delicious goat cheese and honey bites made with puff pastry.
Ingredients

- 2 sheets frozen puff pastry dough, thawed
- One 4-ounce log goat cheese
- Honey (for drizzling)
- Chopped fresh thyme (for garnish)
- Optional: A pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
- Optional: Chopped walnuts or pecans
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into small squares or rectangles.
- Place a small piece of goat cheese in the center of each pastry piece.
- Fold the pastry over the cheese and seal the edges.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh thyme.
- Serve warm.
