Description

Simple and delicious goat cheese and honey bites made with puff pastry.


Ingredients

  • 2 sheets frozen puff pastry dough, thawed
  • One 4-ounce log goat cheese
  • Honey (for drizzling)
  • Chopped fresh thyme (for garnish)
  • Optional: A pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
  • Optional: Chopped walnuts or pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into small squares or rectangles.
  3. Place a small piece of goat cheese in the center of each pastry piece.
  4. Fold the pastry over the cheese and seal the edges.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh thyme.
  7. Serve warm.
