Gordon Ramsay's Macaroni Salad is a creamy and flavorful dish perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz dry macaroni noodles
  • ½ cup finely diced sweet gherkins
  • ¾ cup finely diced red bell pepper
  • ⅓ cup thinly sliced celery
  • ⅓ cup finely diced red onion
  • 2 large hard-boiled eggs, finely diced
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp sweet pickle juice
  • 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ⅛ tsp garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp crushed red pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain the noodles and rinse under cold water to cool.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, gherkins, red bell pepper, celery, red onion, and hard-boiled eggs.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, sweet pickle juice, red wine vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until well combined.
  6. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
