Description

A refreshing Hawaiian Cheesecake Salad with fruits and cream cheese.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks, drained if using canned
  • 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut, lightly toasted (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the whipped topping, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, and raspberries.
  4. If using, fold in the toasted coconut.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy your salad.
