Crispy and flavorful homemade Chick-fil-A-style chicken nuggets.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup dill pickle juice
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Peanut oil or canola oil, for frying
Instructions
- Marinate chicken pieces in pickle juice for 30 minutes.
- Whisk egg and milk in a bowl.
- Mix flour, sugar, paprika, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
- Drain chicken from pickle juice.
- Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, then coat with flour mixture.
- Heat oil to 375°F in a deep fryer or skillet.
- Fry nuggets for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
Notes
- Use a thermometer to monitor oil temperature.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
