Make creamy homemade yogurt in your crock pot with just two ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 gallon whole milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt with active, live cultures (check label)

Instructions

  1. Pour milk into crock pot.
  2. Cook on low for 2.5 hours.
  3. Turn off crock pot and let sit for 3 hours.
  4. Whisk in yogurt starter.
  5. Wrap crock pot in towels and let ferment overnight.
  6. Chill yogurt before serving.
