- 1 gallon whole milk
- 1/2 cup yogurt with active, live cultures (check label)
Instructions
- Pour milk into crock pot.
- Cook on low for 2.5 hours.
- Turn off crock pot and let sit for 3 hours.
- Whisk in yogurt starter.
- Wrap crock pot in towels and let ferment overnight.
- Chill yogurt before serving.
