Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (sliced thin)
  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken slices and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté mushrooms until soft, about 3 minutes.
  5. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Stir in honey and soy sauce, then return chicken to the pan.
  7. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve warm.
