Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts (sliced thin)
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken slices and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté mushrooms until soft, about 3 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in honey and soy sauce, then return chicken to the pan.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.
