Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine carrots and green beans.
  3. Drizzle olive oil, honey, and lemon juice over the vegetables.
  4. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Spread vegetables on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender.
  7. Garnish with parsley before serving.
