- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine carrots and green beans.
- Drizzle olive oil, honey, and lemon juice over the vegetables.
- Add cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread vegetables on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
