Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado, diced

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Cook rice according to package instructions using chicken broth or water.
  4. Grill or pan-fry the marinated chicken until fully cooked.
